Shipping Policy

All orders are prepared within 48 working hours of the order confirmation date. This preparation time may vary according to peak seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, your order will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners, DPD or UPS. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days across Europe.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification with a real-time tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

We can ship to the following countries:

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional charges. In all cases, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be paid at the appropriate customs office. Pheromone Perfume Lab undertakes to take care of all the necessary paperwork to clear the parcel through customs.

Orders will be processed within one business day upon confirmation.

We cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Pheromone Perfume Lab, which may cause delays or hinder delivery, and are not covered by our shipping partners.
